Cancellation policy

When you choose a subscription at checkout, Synced Skin will automatically charge you for each recurring order at the price and delivery schedule shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

You may cancel at any time, with no minimum number of orders. To avoid your next recurring charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription or email us at syncedskinco@gmail.com for help.

Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring charges and deliveries. If a renewal has already been charged but has not shipped, email syncedskinco@gmail.com before shipment and we will cancel and refund that renewal. Cancelling the subscription alone does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged.

Once an order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
